The firm

A small development team, with specialists engaged per project.

Development does not reward headcount. It rewards a tight team that owns the critical path and buys in independent expertise where a lender will later want to see it.

Disciplines

The functions a project runs through.

Development is a small number of things done properly and in order. These are the disciplines every project passes through, whether held by the team or bought in.

Development management

Site control, county engagement, permitting and entitlement through to a full approvals package.

Interconnection & technical

Queue strategy, study review, design basis and EPC scoping against the eventual owner’s standards.

Independent review

Independent engineer, environmental consultant and outside counsel retained per project, so the diligence record is third-party from the start.

How we staff

Owned in-house, verified independently.

The critical path — site control, queue strategy, entitlement, offtake — stays with the team that is accountable for the schedule. Everything a lender will want reviewed by a third party is done by a third party from the start, not converted late.

Held in-house

  • Origination and land assembly strategy
  • Interconnection queue positioning and study management
  • County engagement and entitlement execution
  • Design basis, EPC scoping and procurement sequencing
  • Capital relationships and transaction execution

Engaged per project

  • Independent engineer for design and production review
  • Environmental and cultural resource consultants
  • Outside counsel for land, permitting and transaction documents
  • Resource assessment and energy yield specialists
  • Survey, geotechnical and civil design

Working with us

Straight answers, on a clock.

We reply to every submission, and we deliver a no as a no with the reason attached. A fast, specific decline is more useful to a landowner or co-developer than an open file that never moves. Initial read within five business days.

Our work ends at notice to proceed. That boundary is what keeps the diligence record honest — we are handing the project to someone who will inspect it, so it is built to be inspected.
